Google Chrome IP Protection-New Feature to Protect User Privacy

The user’s real IP address will never get exposed to the destination websites. The third-party proxy only sees the IP address of the Google proxy, and the Google proxy only sees the IP address of the user.

What domains will be covered by the IP Protection feature?

IP Protection feature will only cover a small subset of domains. Google will expand the list eventually. The domains are:

Google-owned domains, such as gmail.com and youtube.com

A small number of other domains that are known to be used for cross-site tracking
