Faster Processor
It has a new custom-designed Broadcom BCM2712 processor. This processor is up to 2-3 times faster than the processors used in the previous generations.
More RAM
It has LPDDR5 RAM which includes 4GB, 8GB, and 16 GB. It is more efficient than previous Raspberry Pi RAMs.
PCle 2.0 port
It uses a PCle 2.0 port for connecting to external devices which are graphics cards, M.2 storage drives, and high-speed networking cards.
Dual four-lane MIPI transceivers
2 four-lane MIPI transceivers are there to connect to the cameras, displays, and other MIPI-compatible devices.
New RP1 I/O controller
A new RP1 I/O controller is there which will handle I/O functions.
